We are happy to welcome you to our home and to share that we are not only following the recommended guidelines but we hired the services of the Healthy Building Certificate (HBC) to train our cleaning staff, implement all recommended safety procedures and certify that all sanitation requirements are correctly executed. The house and property were exactly as depicted. Spacious, nice and comfortable. We wanted the heat ...for the Jacuzzi turned on and it took several hours of being on hold and sending emails trying to contact someone (claims to be 24 hour service) and that was quite an annoyance. The house claims (accurately so) that more than 10 people can sleep there, yet there maybe 6 towels in the house. Considering the fact that people will be swimming and showering, this is unacceptable. When we contacted about this, we were told there is a laundry machine (no cleaning supplies provided) and to use that. Even if cleaning supplies had been provided, there needs to be enough towels for everyone to swim and shower. There were not even enough for everyone to use one towel for both. This is such an easy thing to accommodate and very disappointing that it was not handled. Also very tacky to charge $45 a day to heat a hot tub. Otherwise exactly as advertised. Read More

This was our first VRBO. In a gated community with a great community pool for little kids. However v...ery disappointed that after we paid in full we were told that we had to pay a $45/day pool heating fee. So my kids has a cold pool that was not swimmable for the week, which was not good. The house needs some TLC. Walls were scuffed and and house looked very worn. Carpet has stains. We had to use the local Target to shop for everything that we needed that week, we were only given one toilet paper roll per bathroom for the week. So had to buy hand soaps, toilet paper and misc supplies just to get through the week. But overall the house is big and saved us so much money, compared to staying in one of the parks hotels. We loved it ...... exactly as seen in the pics. The kids loved every minute they spent in 2630 Tranq...uility Lane. The convenience to the surrounding and Disney was a huge plus.
